Role Overview

Increase Group is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Managing Director. This is a varied and fast-paced position that combines executive assistance with elements of customer success.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Act as the right hand to the Managing Director, managing calls and calendar.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients while the MD travels or operates across time zones.

  • Attend new business and sponsor meetings with the MD, including daily and ad hoc video calls.

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups, including proposal preparation using company templates.

  • Manage sponsor relationships up to the point of agreement, before handing over to the Customer Success Manager.

  • Follow up on sponsor pipeline opportunities.

  • Conduct initial event venue scoping, outreach, and compile options for presentation to the MD or Event Operations.

  • Assist with event administration tasks such as menu chasing, delegate communication, and coordination using provided templates.

  • Arrange travel logistics for the MD and wider team, including flights, hotels, and schedules.

  • Perform research tasks such as assessing suitable event cities or researching local events and opportunities.

  • Occasionally travel to events with or without the MD to support on-site management.

  • Prepare presentations for clients using PowerPoint or AI tools like Beautiful AI.

  • Provide cover for the Customer Success Manager during absences, including sponsor calls, updates, and reporting.

  • Keep the Managing Director fully prepared for all meetings and events.

  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager on the event forward schedule, ensuring all sponsor and delegate information is accurate and up to date.

  • Draft and send delegate introduction emails post-event.

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, allowing the Managing Director to focus on strategic initiatives.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience in an administrative position or as an Executive Assistant (or similar).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Excellent data entry skills with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Solid understanding of office procedures, clerical tasks, and document management.

  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.

  • Fast and accurate typing skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
