Role Overview

As a Customer Support Advisor in the busy inbound Service Excellence department, the goal is to ensure that customers receive an excellent experience with issues resolved efficiently.

The position involves using expert service and communication skills to deliver peace of mind, ensuring customers’ worlds are kept running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use expert knowledge and communication skills to resolve a range of customer issues and queries.

  • Aim to deal with customers’ queries or issues there and then.

  • Build rapport with customers, understand their individual needs, and put their interests first.

Training and Work Setup

  • A 3-week remote training programme covers systems, service techniques, and company values.

  • Shift pattern: Monday to Sunday, between 8am and 8pm.

  • Remote role: equipment provided, but broadband access is required.
