The role plays a key part in driving Hegai Cakes Ltd’s expansion into the corporate market, focusing on promoting premium taster boxes and experiential baking workshops.
The ideal candidate will be a determined self-starter with a passion for building meaningful relationships, leveraging data-driven strategies, and demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This position is ideal for individuals pursuing a career in sales, marketing, or business development.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly targeting corporate clients
Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
Engage with potential clients through cold outreach and networking events
Participate in client meetings and assist with follow-up communications
Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Contribute to social media campaigns and promotional activities
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for taster boxes and workshops
Monitor and track sales performance; prepare monthly reports
Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Candidate Requirements
No prior professional experience required; a keen interest in sales and marketing is desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Enthusiastic learner with a proactive attitude
Previous experience in customer service or retail is beneficial but not essential
