Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product information and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities.
Maintain an organised and visually appealing merchandise display.
Handle transactions accurately using basic math skills.
Answer customer queries via phone with appropriate phone etiquette.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.
Manage inventory levels and assist in restocking as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not essential.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are advantageous.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
Excellent organisational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
Time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively throughout the day.
A keen eye for merchandising to create attractive product displays.
