Role Overview
MB Logistics Group is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to operate within Blaenau Gwent and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for driving sales in a B2B environment.
This position involves developing client relationships, managing sales activities, and promoting IT products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
Conduct negotiations with potential customers to secure contracts and agreements.
Deliver excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Prepare and present product and service presentations effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify leads and new market opportunities.
Manage time efficiently to achieve sales targets and deadlines.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using the CRM system.
Stay informed about market developments, competitors, and industry trends.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role (preferred).
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in IT applications relevant to sales operations.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Access to a laptop and smartphone (can be provided if necessary).
