About the Role
The Care Home Support Worker role involves providing personal care and support to residents, maintaining their dignity and promoting independence at all times.
You will work as part of a focused team, ensuring that care services are delivered to a consistently high standard, while assisting residents with day-to-day activities in the home.
Reports to: Nurse / Senior Support Worker
Key Skills and Attributes
A caring and patient nature
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Previous care experience preferred, but not essential
