Job Overview
BHC Technology is recruiting Sales Professionals across the UK for remote positions. The company is expanding its commercial team and looking for experienced, proactive Sales Executives and Sales Managers to help UK businesses access R&D Tax Credit funding for innovation and development.
If you have strong B2B sales experience and are confident engaging directly with decision-makers, this role could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
Building relationships with UK businesses across a range of sectors
Providing clear guidance on R&D funding opportunities
Managing your own pipeline and activity levels
Working closely with and reporting to the Sales Lead to ensure strong performance and support
What BHC Technology is Looking For
Previous B2B sales experience (R&D, financial services, consultancy, telecoms, software, energy, or similar welcome)
Professional communication and relationship-building skills
Proactive mindset — able to drive your own results
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Role Requirements
Remote-first position, with a monthly in-person team meeting in Liverpool (flexible to circumstances)
Structured support, ongoing development, and progression for those who excel
Training provided on R&D claim processes and eligibility criteria
