Duties

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure favourable terms for both clients and the company.

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that maximise sales effectiveness.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets through persistent outreach and relationship management.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising channels to offer innovative solutions.

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales or advertising is preferred; strong interpersonal skills are essential.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a persuasive approach.

  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications such as Word and Excel.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and client requirements.
