Natural Breaks is looking for energetic, committed, and self-motivated people who want to make a difference to the lives of people with disabilities. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support people in their own homes, workplaces, educational settings, and social environments in the community.
No experience is required as full training and support will be provided. A positive attitude and willingness to get involved are essential. A thorough induction, ongoing support, and excellent training opportunities will help individuals reach their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs
Assist with daily living skills such as cooking, personal care, and budgeting
Support in accessing community activities and social events
Implement behaviour support plans in a consistent and caring manner
Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and other staff
Maintain accurate records and contribute to support planning
