Role Overview
As a Customer Engagement Advisor, the role involves speaking with customers who may have questions about their account, billing queries, or minor technical issues. Being the first point of contact, the Customer Service Representative will listen, identify customer needs, and deliver excellent service. Responsibilities include answering general billing questions, handling service requests, and resolving complaints.
The role requires working in a fast-paced environment, supporting customers while navigating multiple systems, so strong computer skills are essential.
New employees receive three weeks of training, with the second week focused on practical application in the Academy, putting learning into practice while supporting customers.
Typical Day
Morning team time to plan for success each day
Interact with customers via phone, web chat, and email, understanding and supporting individual needs
Support peers and share experiences and successes
Work with manager and trainer on opportunities to improve service, skills, and career development
