About the Role: Client Service Manager (Mid-Market)

As a Client Service Manager (CSM) for JULY, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 50–60 mid-market clients. This role is critical in ensuring smooth plan operations, client satisfaction, and long-term success. You will act as a key advisor and point of contact for both clients and financial advisors, coordinating compliance processes, managing annual projects, and solving plan-related issues.

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client contact for plan sponsors and advisors.
