An opportunity has arisen for 2 Part-Time Admin Assistants who are experienced, enthusiastic, and highly motivated to join the CORE CAMHS Administrative Team.
Candidates must be organised and able to work to deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable nature are essential, especially for telephone contact with patients, staff, and the public.
Required skills include Word Processing to RSA II/OCR II (or equivalent), proficient keyboard use, and familiarity with Microsoft Office/Word.
A good standard of English is essential.
Applicants should be able to prioritise workload and adopt a flexible and proactive work approach.
NVQ2 or equivalent experiential learning is required.

Qualifications & Knowledge (Essential)
2 GCSEs (including English and Maths)
Standard Keyboard skills (RSA 2, ECDL, or demonstrable experience)
Knowledge of office procedures, clerical/reception work
