The Role
As a Sales & Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:
Managing end-to-end vehicle sales and customer relationships
Communicating fluently with customers in English and a South Asian language (Hindi, Bengali, or Urdu)
Creating and maintaining digital listings, managing stock visibility
Handling sales documentation and compliance checks
Coordinating with auction centres and suppliers
Providing excellent after-sales service and supporting walk-in and online enquiries
Ideal Candidate Profile
Recent UK university graduate or Graduate Visa holder
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in English plus one or more South Asian languages
Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to grow professionally
Basic understanding of cars and dealership operations (preferred but not essential)
Right to work in the UK or eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship (New Entrant)
