Key Responsibilities
As a Care and Support Worker, you will be expected to:
Provide all aspects of domiciliary care, including physical and personal care
Support residents with social activities
Promote the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of residents
Encourage independence and self-belief
Complete records and documentation in line with policy
Person Specification
Hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification
Be personable, a good communicator, and a strong team player
Be passionate about delivering a high-quality care service
Be flexible with working hours
