Located near the stunning Lancashire coast, our newly refurbished 62-bed home offers a modern, welcoming, and supportive environment for both residents and team members.

- Weekly Hours: 22 hours/week
- Shifts: 2 shifts/week (8pm-8am)
Key Responsibilities
As a Care Practitioner on Nights, your role will include:
Assisting residents with personal care, meals, and evening routines to ensure comfort and well-being throughout the night
Conducting regular safety and welfare checks on all residents
Accurately documenting and updating care records and reports
Managing and administering medications according to care plans and policies
Responding promptly to residents’ needs, including emergencies or health changes
Supporting and assisting new or less-experienced team members during the night shift
Helping maintain a clean and safe environment, including light housekeeping tasks as needed
Collaborating with the day shift team for smooth handovers and continuity of care

Overtime is paid for working over full-time hours but does not feature in your contract and can be withdrawn at management’s discretion. What We’re Looking For
A caring and positive attitude
Genuine interest in health and social care (previous experience is beneficial but not essential)
Ability to work independently during night hours while staying alert and responsive
Flexibility to work night shifts as required
