Job Summary
We have a number of various positions available for carers at both Bethshan Nursing Home and Bethany House.
The successful applicants will be responsible for contributing to the efficient running of the home, supporting residents in their daily needs and ensuring residents are at the heart of the care delivery. Their wishes and preferences are taken into consideration to enhance their wellbeing at all times.
Experience is desired but not essential as full training can be given.

Deliver personalised care to patients.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing and dressing.
Maintain accurate patient records using IT systems.
Skills
Proficient in English language
Experience in home care or care home settings
Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathise and build rapport with patients
Basic IT skills for record keeping and documentation
