As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the store operates efficiently and delivers an outstanding shopping experience. From maintaining high presentation standards to creating a welcoming atmosphere, you’ll represent our brand with pride and enthusiasm while prioritising health, safety, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
Team Collaboration:
Work harmoniously with colleagues, fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment.
Participate actively in team discussions and problem-solving, contributing innovative ideas to achieve shared goals.
Share knowledge and skills to support and train both new and existing team members.
Operational Excellence:
Assist in daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently with various payment methods.
Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing sales floor; ensure products are attractively displayed and fully stocked.
Stay informed about product features, promotions, and pricing to provide accurate and helpful advice to customers.
Help set up and execute in-store promotions and displays to boost sales and improve the shopping experience.
Customer Engagement:
Build strong connections with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Sales & Performance:
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Support store management in identifying growth opportunities and improvements.
