Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of training programmes to enhance internal capabilities and customer understanding.
Develop and implement global induction and development plans for Academic Sales.
Create and maintain high-quality training content that is accurate, accessible, and current.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to align training needs with business priorities.
Deliver customer-facing training and product demos, particularly for digital platforms.
Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance data for continuous improvement.
Champion innovation in training by introducing tools and approaches that boost engagement and retention.
Mentor colleagues and promote a learning culture across the organisation.
About You
As a Sales Training Executive, you should be a confident and collaborative training professional with:
Experience designing and delivering engaging training (ideally in digital or academic environments).
Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset.
Familiarity with business systems like Salesforce and SAP.
A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to simplify complex systems for learning.
A passion for empowering others and supporting global teams.
