About the Role
The Operations Manager leads a team of nine staff, ensuring effective delivery of Professional Services in:
Human Resources
Finance
Facilities
Space management
IT
The post holder will:
Deliver operational support services efficiently, responsively, and professionally
Support excellence in teaching, research, and enterprise
Operate in a busy, fast-paced environment requiring efficiency, organisation, and attention to detail
Interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrate a professional attitude, willingness to help, and a positive outlook
