Main Duties

  • Support directorates in identifying and prioritising projects

  • Review business processes and support implementation of change

  • Assist operational and corporate teams with procurement and evaluation of systems

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through implementation and handover

  • Ensure benefits are clearly identified, tracked, and realised

  • Adhere to the Change Function’s methodology and governance framework

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Degree in a relevant field

  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP)

  • Evidence of continued professional development

Experience

Essential:

  • Programme or business management with a strong track record of delivery

  • Experience leading change programmes using best-practice methodologies

  • Proven ability to work with clinicians at various levels

  • Experience in direct staff management
