Key Duties
Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
Support clients in following their individual care plans tailored to their specific needs.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive atmosphere.
Document daily activities and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel.
Utilise IT systems for record-keeping and communication purposes effectively.
Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required, ensuring their safety during transport.
Experience & Skills
Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
A good command of English is necessary for effective communication with clients and team members.
Basic IT skills are required for documentation and communication tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients and their families.
