Requirements

  • Familiarity with Google Drive, SharePoint, Monday.com, and HubSpot

  • Reliable, proactive, and a team player

  • Self-motivated

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience within an office environment

  • Previous experience as a legal assistant or executive assistant

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding and Offboarding

  • Set up new clients and consultants in various systems

  • Ensure smooth transitions for clients and consultants

Recruitment Support

  • Organise CVs and run job postings

  • Schedule interviews and send follow-up emails

Diary Management

  • Book appointments and schedule meetings

  • Set up regular catch-ups for consultants and clients with project updates

Document Production

  • Format existing documents and create new ones

  • Manage and maintain document templates

  • Prepare slide decks for training and webinars

Data Entry and File Management

  • Update and maintain records on various software

  • Download, rename, maintain, and organise files on cloud storage

Timesheet Management

Working Hours

  • Around 20 hours per week, to be completed between 9am–5pm UK time

  • Hours can be split across agreed days of the week

  • Potential for increased hours as the client base grows
