About the Role
Core subject (Maths, English, or Science) SEN / SEND Teachers are needed to provide 1:1 tutoring to young people with SEND, SEMH, and other Additional Educational Needs on an online and remote basis, nationwide.
Targeted Provision works with Schools and Local Authorities remotely across the country. The organisation is looking for SEND Teachers to transform the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
Multiple positions are available, with hiring ongoing and interviews scheduled on a rolling basis. Tuition is provided within 15 miles of your address or within 45 minutes of your postcode.

About Targeted Provision
Targeted Provision is on a mission to meaningfully raise the standard of education for young people with SEND (Special Education Needs and Disabilities), as well as SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs. The company supports children and young people with MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties), SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties), and PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties).
Responsibilities
Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND, including SEMH, MLD, SLD, PMLD, and other needs.
Support students referred by local authorities and schools with flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
Complete lesson reports and provide regular feedback on student progress.
Requirements
2+ years online teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
Familiarity with teaching Maths, English, or Science online/remotely.
Enhanced DBS (facilitated if needed) and 2+ professional references.
Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.

Employment Status
Position involves working as a Worker, via temporary and fixed-term contracts.
