• Support clients in social activities and encourage community engagement.

• Drive clients to appointments or social outings when required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home care or a care home setting (desirable but not essential).

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Basic IT skills for maintaining records and communication.

• Valid driving licence (required for transporting clients).
