Job Description
Brightside Homecare Ltd is offering a rare opportunity to join their team as a Home Assistant.
Candidates must be female and a car driver due to the location and service users’ needs.
Sponsorship available for the right candidate.
No prior experience required — full training is provided.
The organisation is CQC (Care Quality Commission) registered.
Opportunities to study for Diploma qualifications while working.
As a domiciliary care worker, your role is to:
Help people maintain their quality of life and independence.
Be patient, kind, and sympathetic to individual challenges.
Facilitate independence and encourage wellbeing.
Administer medication when required.
Work Pattern
Week 1:
Monday – Full day
Thursday – 7am to 3pm
Friday – 7am to 3pm
Week 2:
Monday – Full day
Thursday – 7am to 3pm
Friday – 7am to 3pm
Saturday – Full day
Sunday – Full day

Strong communication skills in English
Basic IT proficiency
Ability to follow care plans and provide home care support
Valid for transportation needs

Compassionate and patient attitude, suitable for assisting individuals in a home setting
