Job Overview

Care Relief Team are looking to recruit Care Assistants who are passionate about care to work in the community, supporting adults to maintain their independence and remain in their own homes.

No previous care experience is required, as full training is provided. However, you must have the Right to Work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)

  • Availability between 7am–2pm and 3pm–10pm (must be flexible)

  • Able to start from 7am (no school hours available)

  • Must work every other weekend

  • Female Care Assistants only (due to service user requirements)

Pay and Benefits

  • £12.90 per hour

  • £15.00 per hour (Bank Holiday rate)

  • Paid mileage: 40p per mile between calls

  • Refer a friend scheme: £300 (through Care Friends app)

Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, you will:

  • Visit clients in their homes and support them with daily tasks
