McCarthy Stone is looking for an organised, proactive Administrator to support the Ryland Place community in Edgbaston, Birmingham. In this rewarding role, you’ll be central to enriching homeowners’ experience by delivering exceptional service and seamless support, alongside the Estate Manager.

Position Details

  • Hourly Rate: £12.24 per hour

  • Hours: 15 (Permanent contract, Monday to Friday, as needed throughout the year)

Role Highlights

The Administrator will:

  • Welcome visitors and manage calls.

  • Provide administrative support for residents and the Estates Manager.

  • Coordinate newsletters, manage bookings, support lunch reservations, and organise domestic rotas.
