Responsibilities
Create and curate engaging content for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Monitor social media trends and provide insights to improve strategy.
Manage daily social media activities, including posting updates and responding to comments.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns that align with brand objectives.
Research industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategies.
Support public relations efforts by drafting press releases and assisting with media outreach.
Analyse social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
Strong interest in public relations and social media management.
Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with multiple social media platforms and their audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Knowledge of video editing software such as CapCut.
Previous experience or coursework in marketing, communications, or public relations is advantageous.
