Shift Pattern: Full flexibility required; alternate weekends. Shifts are 7:30–3:00 and 2:30–10:00. Must also work bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities
Support residents with personal care such as washing, bathing, dressing, and bedtime routines.
Assist with medication as required.
Help with household and domestic tasks (laundry, shopping, cleaning, paying bills).
Prepare meals, drinks, and snacks when necessary.
Encourage residents to follow agreed care plans.
Put resident wellbeing at the heart of the service, ensuring managers and key agencies are kept informed.
Provide a friendly, supportive presence that helps residents live their best lives.

Pay and Benefits
Care Workers at Housing 21 are paid by the hour, not by the job.
