Responsibilities
Prepare and cook Neapolitan pizzas to the highest standard using wood-fired ovens.
Oversee the pizza section and ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
Train, mentor, and support junior chefs in dough preparation, toppings, and oven management.
Maintain consistent quality, speed, and presentation of dishes.
Manage stock, ordering, and preparation to minimise waste.
Uphold hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, ideally at senior or head level, with strong knowledge of Neapolitan pizza making.
Skilled in dough fermentation, stretching, topping, and wood-fired oven techniques.
Ability to manage a team and work well under pressure in a busy kitchen.
Passion for authentic Italian food and commitment to delivering top quality.
