Programme Overview
The nine-week programme begins with a tailored induction week to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
As part of the programme, you will:
Gain insight into the financial services industry while developing technical skills and knowledge
Gain valuable experience and insight into your chosen business area by working closely with your team
Collaborate on live projects and transactions from day one alongside business leaders
Receive on-the-job experience and hands-on training to support your career beyond your studies
Candidate Requirements
Internship is open to students in their penultimate year of study for an undergraduate or master’s degree, or those in their final undergraduate year planning to pursue a master’s, graduating in 2027

No prior financial experience is required — only curiosity and eagerness to learn
