Shift Pattern
Day Shift: 08:00 – 20:00
Responsibilities
Respecting residents’ dignity and privacy
Delivering person-centred support, encouraging independence
Working with residents and families to provide tailored care
Supporting with all aspects of personal care (feeding, toileting, bathing)
Maintaining thorough and up-to-date resident records
