Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and create memorable experiences from the moment they arrive.
Guide customers through the unique chair fitting service.
Help customers explore styles, fabrics, and sizes to suit their needs.
Maintain a fresh, tidy, and welcoming showroom environment.
Work flexibly across weekdays and weekends (DBS check applies for this customer-facing role).

Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial, but not essential—enthusiasm, positivity, and eagerness to learn matter most.

Training and Development
Sales Assistants receive in-depth training through the HSL Academy at Comfort House in West Yorkshire, with hands-on learning and expert guidance from independent Occupational Therapist, Julie Jennings.
