Key Responsibilities

  • Be a friendly face in branch, assisting with branch-based products and services.

  • Open savings accounts for customers investing for a fixed term or saving for important events.

  • Handle follow-up calls and incoming calls to discuss available products and services.

  • Complete daily administrative tasks such as booking appointments, scanning, letter writing, and handling incoming post.

  • Ensure customer records are accurate and up to date.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience working with customers and delivering exceptional service.

  • Strong attention to detail with good numeracy skills for accurate cash transactions.

  • Resilience to handle challenging customer situations.

  • Passion and drive to achieve good customer outcomes.

  • Previous experience using Microsoft Office or in-house computer systems.
