The company is currently hiring part-time Care Assistants in Cromer, Sheringham, Holt, Fakenham, North Walsham, Blakeney, and surrounding villages, with full-time positions available as the team grows. Training is provided, so both experienced and new applicants are welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Support clients in daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication management

  • Develop and follow care plans tailored to individual client needs

  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and report changes to the care team

  • Build positive relationships with clients through effective communication and companionship

  • Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to health and safety standards

  • Drive clients to appointments or social activities when required, ensuring their safety during transport

Skills

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) for effective communication with clients and colleagues

  • Basic IT skills for maintaining records and using care management software

  • Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and families

  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous but not essential

  • Ability to understand and implement care plans effectively
