Main Duties
Work closely with the Deputy Director, Principal Occupational Therapist, and Head of Quality and Safeguarding.

Person Specification
Qualifications
Essential:
Professionally qualified Social Worker (CQSW, DiPSW, Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
Registered with Social Work England.
Desirable:
PEPS 2 qualified, experienced practice educator, and ASYE assessor.
Qualified Best Interest Assessor.
Experience
Significant experience managing social care practice in a local government setting.
Experience managing a team through a period of change.
Practice Educator or supervisor experience.
Extensive knowledge of legislation and application in complex settings.
Knowledge of qualification and competency frameworks for social work professionals.
Experience collaborating with social work training providers.
Additional Information
Disclosure and Barring Service Check: Required under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975.
Certificate of Sponsorship: Applications from candidates requiring Skilled Worker sponsorship are welcome and will be considered alongside all other applications.
