CWC Group, through Provincial Care, is offering multiple Care Assistant positions (full-time and part-time with weekend availability).

The role involves delivering high-quality domiciliary care services to vulnerable people living in their own homes. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Provincial Care Services aims to provide care to individuals of any age, gender, sexual orientation, religious or cultural background, and to offer practical support to carers.

Role Responsibilities

Care Assistants will:

  • Work under the direction of the Area Manager.

  • Assist with personal care and other tasks as necessary in the community.

  • Take responsibility for allocated tasks.

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

  • Work independently in service users’ homes while cooperating with users and/or relatives as necessary.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Practical support: cooking and light housework.

  • Personal support: medication, dressing/undressing, washing, showering, bathing, toileting, oral hygiene, and skin care.

Full training is provided. This role requires strong communication skills, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others.

Location of Service

Care will be provided in the service user’s own home or other premises as agreed by the Agency and the Care Assistants.

Provincial Care – 70 Ballynahinch Road, Carryduff, BT8 8DP

Experience and Education

  • Experience in providing care for vulnerable people preferred but not essential.

  • NVQ Level 2 desirable but not essential.
