Pay Rates
Under 18s: £9.00 per hour
Ages 18–20: £10.00 per hour
Ages 21 and over: £12.21 per hour
Plus Tronc (tips), with total pay ranging from £9.00 – £16.71 per hour
Tronc, or card gratuities, is a fair system for sharing tips between waiting and non-waiting teams. Payments are added to wages at the end of each pay period.
