About the Role
Rushley House Retirement Home is a small, family-run care home that values both residents and team members. Thackray Care Services Ltd is seeking a caring and dedicated Care Assistant to join the close-knit team.
Position Details:
12 permanent hours per week, with optional overtime.
No experience needed – only a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Consistent two-week rota (alternating):
Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM (6 hours)
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM (6 hours)
Responsibilities
Supporting residents with personal care needs.
Carrying out light cleaning duties.
Assisting with food preparation.
Completing training provided for all successful candidates.
