Job Introduction

As a Receptionist at Signature Senior Lifestyle’s luxury care and nursing home in Reigate, you will be the first person everyone meets in this front-of-house role.

Your Role at Signature

  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area to create a welcoming environment.

  • Greet visitors in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.

  • Ensure visitor identification is checked, visitors’ book completed, and contractors’ log signed.

  • Answer telephone calls, redirect inquiries, and record messages as required.

  • Manage emails and faxes as needed.

  • Carry out administrative duties including filing, word processing, database maintenance, and photocopying.

  • Organise staff lunch rotas.

  • Receive and manage post, signing for deliveries when residents are unavailable.
