Job Summary

The Executive Assistant Intern will support the senior leadership team while gaining hands-on experience in the real estate industry. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior executives

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements

  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials

  • Support internal and external communications, including drafting emails and professional correspondence

  • Conduct market research and gather project-related information

  • Help organize company events, client meetings, and site visits

Key Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or a related field

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to work independently

  • Interest in real estate development and eagerness to learn

  • Experience with boutique stores is a plus
