Responsibilities
Plan and schedule social media content across all platforms
Create engaging, on-brand posts (images, videos, captions, stories, reels)
Collaborate with property professionals to produce content
Monitor trends and news to keep content relevant
Support community management (responding to comments, DMs, mentions)
Analyse and report on social media performance
Help manage content calendars and brainstorm campaign ideas
Work with the marketing and mortgage team to align messaging
Candidate Requirements
Passion for social media, branding, and marketing
Basic design/video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools)
Strong writing skills and attention to detail
Organised, proactive, and creative mindset
Understanding of social platforms
Bonus: Experience in financial services, property, or mortgage industry
