This role focuses on warm leads. Parents and schools already reach out with interest, and the Sales Executive’s responsibility is to:
Guide them through the process
Build confidence
Help them take the final step to enrol
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, you will:
Respond quickly and professionally to enquiries from parents and schools
Make a high volume of phone calls daily to follow up with warm leads
Build relationships with families and explain the value of accredited programmes
Guide parents through the enrolment process with clarity and empathy
Work towards enrolment targets while ensuring excellent customer experience
Provide feedback to management to improve sales processes and communications
What You Bring
A driven, target-focused attitude with genuine enthusiasm for education
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Confident and professional phone manner
Ability to build trust quickly with parents and decision-makers
Organised, proactive, and confident using CRM tools or digital systems
Previous sales or customer service experience (advantage, not essential)
