Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Support daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication management, and mobility assistance
Follow individual care plans to meet specific needs
Maintain accurate records of client progress and report changes to the supervising nurse or care manager
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Drive clients to appointments or social activities, ensuring safety during transport
Use IT systems for documentation and communication while maintaining confidentiality
Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is preferred but not essential
Strong understanding of care plans and ability to implement them effectively
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Valid driving licence and access to a car (required)
Caring attitude with a genuine desire to help others
Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and reliability
