About the Role
Gasway Services Ltd is offering multiple part-time opportunities for Customer Service Advisors, covering shifts between 8am–8pm, Monday to Sunday.
Every part-time employee is required to work a minimum of one “out of hours shift.”
Out of Hours Shifts:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 4pm–8pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8am–8pm
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent service to customers calling the Contact Centre, resolving queries at the first point of contact
Answer calls politely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting call answering targets and following GDPR procedures
Accurately log details of all calls for new and existing jobs, ensuring appropriate action is taken or escalated
What Gasway Services Ltd is Looking For
Proven experience in a phone-based customer service role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
NVQ in Customer Service and GCSE level education (desirable)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service skills, including empathy, understanding, and problem-solving
Ability to think laterally and work independently when required
