This role requires building and maintaining relationships between colleagues, guests, and residents, while ensuring all administrative tasks are handled efficiently.

The Role
Undertake full reception duties, including meeting and greeting customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
Act as a central point of information for residents and visitors.
Ensure prompt responses by team members and contractors through all communication channels.
Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and welcoming.
Check that notices and information are accurate, in date, and relevant.
Answer calls to the Village, determine the nature of the enquiry, and direct callers promptly.
Manage and update room booking systems.
Support the Office Manager with administrative duties as required.
Key Requirements
Previous experience in a customer-centric role, office, or reception team.
Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), are desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
