Solace Prime Care Ltd is looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants (Drivers) to support individuals in their own homes. The role focuses on helping clients remain independent, safe, and comfortable while ensuring dignity, choice, and respect at all times.

Key Duties
Drive to clients’ homes and provide care in line with agreed care plans.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
Support with medication, following training and company policies.
Provide companionship and emotional support, creating a positive environment.
Maintain accurate, real-time records of visits using the electronic care system.
Support clients with mobility and transport needs, including driving to appointments or social activities.
Deliver additional care when required, including end-of-life care, dementia support, or complex needs assistance.
Ensure a clean, safe environment through light housekeeping tasks.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the wider care team.
Requirements
Full UK or international driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential).
Previous home care or care setting experience preferred but not essential (full training provided).
Good spoken and written English (IELTS UKVI B1 or equivalent if applying from overseas).
Basic IT skills to maintain electronic care records.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support others.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Enhanced DBS check required (company will assist).
