About the Role
REL Field Marketing is looking for a Retail Sales Executive (Assistant) to join the Mondelez field-based team. This role is ideal for candidates with retail or grocery experience who want a part-time weekday position that gets them out and about instead of working in the same store every day.
Contract: Part-time, permanent
Working Hours: 24 hours/week over 3 days (Tuesday – Thursday)
Location: Sheffield, Chesterfield, and surrounding areas
Driving Requirements: Valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Pay & Benefits
Salary: £12.21 to £14.04 per hour (On Target Earnings)
Mileage: 34p per mile

Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Sales Executive, your role will include:
Brand Representation: Showcase Mondelez brands such as Cadbury, Maynard Bassetts, Belvita, and Oreo in major supermarkets.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers to unlock sales opportunities.
Strategic Planning: Develop creative strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
Execution: Ensure products are well-displayed, available on shelves, and stock errors are corrected.
Travel: Visit major grocery stores (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, etc.) across your region.
Candidate Requirements
Retail or grocery experience preferred
Enthusiastic about FMCG sales
Strong relationship-building skills
Valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle
