Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests on arrival.
Register guests and process payments.
Respond to inquiries about hotel facilities and local tourist information.
Ensure security of room keys.
Update guest information in the computer system.
Take and confirm reservations.
Requirements
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
Experience in 3- or 4-star hotels is desirable but not essential.
