About the Role
Leonard Cheshire is expanding services in Fife, including Supported Living, Care Homes, and Day Support. This is an opportunity to join a dedicated team in Glenrothes and make a real difference in people’s lives.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide essential support with daily tasks such as personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
Assist customers during outings and appointments.
Promote independence through a Person-Centred approach.
Maintain accurate records to ensure high standards of care.
Services in Fife
Supported Living
Support for up to 12 customers within their own homes.
Focus on independence, community involvement, and bespoke support packages.
Assistance with daily living activities and personal care.
Day Services
Building-based activity services in Glenrothes.
Activities include arts & crafts, cooking, baking, board games, and IT.
Community-based activities such as bowling, swimming, shopping, and attending local discos.
Care Homes
24-hour service supporting 12 individuals with physical and learning disabilities.
Tailored activities and outings, including shopping, shows at Rothes Halls, and in-house events.

Personal care experience is beneficial but not essential.
